This new ensemble adaptation uses Dickens’ original text to rediscover the humanity and humour at the heart of this great literary classic. Join Pip in an epic thriller of ambition, love, loss and friendship. A whirlwind journey that spans half a lifetime, this is a powerful story of social injustices in nineteenth century Britain and a pertinent reminder of those that still exist in our own time. Told through Cyphers' characteristically accessible style of multi-roling casts, choral storytelling and fast-paced action, this adaptation brings Great Expectations to life for modern audiences young and old.

Specialising in adaptations of classic texts, we seek to engage audiences with literature by creating a warm, relaxed environment where actors and audience come together to experience a story. Our adaptations are fresh, energetic and constantly changing to reflect the particular audience we have each night.
