comedy
A solo stand up comedy show about identity, rebellion and the drive to fit in, with a bit about being a pop star.
about the production
Winner of the Best Comedy Award at the Greater Manchester Fringe, a sell-out debut Edinburgh run in 2017 was followed up in 2018 with a successful UK tour and return to the Fringe. So far, it's been seen by 3500 people of all faiths and none, received fantastic reviews and incredible audience feedback. With a face that shouts "Xmas" but a soul that screams "Hanukkah", Rachel Creeger's always felt like she has a foot in two worlds. With her unique voice and comedy talent, she is pushing boundaries as the first member of her community on the mainstream comedy circuit

“A confident and charismatic performer”
"Tight writing, sharp performance and a beautifully zany imagination."
"We went to see Rachel Creeger in her @edfringe show today, and we saw her yesterday in the family-friendly This Is Your Trial show. And if we were here for longer, we’d see her again in something else! She’s a great talent, highly entertaining and very engaging."
I use photos to illustrate the story, but would be able to describe them for any visually impaired audience members if I was made aware of their presence.
Some venues have asked for a Q&A afterwards, these have been very popular as I am the only practising orthodox Jewish comedian on the circuit, and this leads to some really interesting discussions. I also run comedy writing, performance and script development workshps, and improv workshops for children.
Ideally looking for box-split arrangements plus travel and accommodation where necessary. Alternatively a flat fee of £500 has been paid by some previous venues.
