An enchanting and interactive production, 'I Believe in Unicorns' based on best-selling author Michael Morpurgo’s enchanting tale, sparks imagination in both young and old. We challenge you not to believe in unicorns after joining Tomas’ spellbinding journey. The show won an Argus Angel Award for Artistic Excellence at Brighton Festival and is directed by multi award winner Dani Parr and designed by Kate Bunce. Produced in association with Watford Palace Theatre and Royal & Derngate Northampton. It's suitable for everyone 6+ to 106 years.

The set consists of several piles of books, two short wooden stepladders, five rugs and a number of props.
Sound is controlled via Mac book running Qlab. We will tie into the venue FOH system + two additional powered on stage speakers.
Effects A small ‘switch on’ smoke machine operated from stage by performer
As the set is heavy please inform us if the get-in involves steps/stairs.

We have done signed performances for this production which have worked very well.

There is a book swap, which is integral to the show. Audience members are invited to bring along a favourite children’s book to form part of the set and then to swap it at the end for another book. (This is not obligatory and we do have a few extra books for those who cannot bring one with them)

£1200 + VAT against 75/25% split for one show & £1800 + VAT against 75/25% split for two shows on the same day.
