King Arthur and the Inglewood

by Moon On A Stick

children-and-family, theatre

Deep in the enchanted forest, where supernatural beings abound and the realm of the dead crosses that of the living, King Arthur is set the ultimate challenge, to uncover what it is that women most desire.

about the production

Based on an old Arthurian Legend, the story takes place in an ‘otherworld’ forest, frequented by both the living and the dead. Met by The Green Knight, King Arthur is challenged to solve the riddle 'What is it that women most desire?' or face beheading. Known for their modern take on traditional folk stories, Moon On A Stick bring us their unique fusion of puppetry and live action to reinvent this ancient tale. Taking us on a medieval quest where unlikely relationships lead to unexpected discoveries. They combine engaging story-telling with exciting visuals and music, to present this unforgettable fable.
