In a small cage, behind narrow bars, lived a chimp called Darwin. Every day he was gawped at and taunted. Darwin always wondered what life was like beyond the zoo. He wished he could swing amongst the highest of trees. Darwin longed for a family and somewhere to belong. Until one day, everything changes… Award-winning Ditto Theatre Company present this original story combining storytelling, puppetry and movement. We will need a PA system that we can link up to our MacBook in order to play music. We can perform the show with or without lighting.
Suitable for ages 5+
We can also offer workshops in beginners puppetry, devising as an ensemble and also storytelling. This can be aimed towards children as young as 5 years, all the way through to adulthood. We also have an Educational Pack available should schools, groups and youth theatre groups be interested in obtaining this.
We charge a day fee of £950.00 and with this can include either two performances or a performance and a workshop. If you are interested in booking a number of days, than a reduced fee can be discussed.
