about the production

Everything you ever wanted to know about everything ... ever. Silly, surreal and satirical fastpaced comic adventure through history — from the dawn of time to the present day. From Ancient Rome to the Millennium Dome, Telegraphy to the mobile phone, Tudors, Trump and Tory capers, Persians, peace signs and the Panama papers. Musical and sketch comedy with a sprinkling of cabaret and spoken word poetry. Debut sell-out solo show from Fringe First Winner, Ben Watson (Treason Show/Newsrevue). "A true comedy diva, John Cleese with sex appeal” – The Scotsman

about the artist

The show was performed as a 5 minute sketch for Finger in the Pie Cabaret at Madame Jojo’s in London in 2010. This was followed by performances at Festivals such as Lovebox and Secret Garden Party. Gradually over time it increased to 10, 15 and 30 min versions. In July 2015 The History of Everything Festival at South Hill Park Arts Centre was created to workshop excerpts. After sold-out performances at the Hen and Chickens theatre in Islington and The Canal Cafe, The History travelled to The Brighton Fringe Festival where it received rave reviews and was a sell-out success!

Our accessibility is only limited by the venues.

We offer marketing support - flyers, posters, Social Media, a personalised show promo video for venues, radio and tv interviews, press release. Additionally - to develop younger audiences, we are happy to give a % of tickets for free to associated youth theatres in venue.

We ask for a 70/30 spilt. This is negotiable for larger venues (capacity of 150 or more). We are a turn-key show, if you unlock the doors for us - we will do the rest!
