AnimAlphabet The Musical

by Hit The Mark Jr

theatre, children-and-family

A FUN, FAST-PACED COMICAL JOURNEY THAT WILL LEAVE OUR AUDIENCE SMILING WITH JOY AND SINGING THE VERY CATCHY SONGS ALL THE WAY HOME

about the production

A brand new, children's musical adventure with music and lyrics by Al Sharland & Sam Swallow of The Hoosiers. AnimAlphabet is both entertaining and educational. Colin the Country Cockatoo is tasked with a mission to reunite the AnimAlphabet Animals following a disagreement with Metro The Gnome. Aided by Scaley the Snake, Colin must quickly reunite Alligator, Bear, Donkey, Elephant, Frog and Giraffe so The Sorry Song can be sung and order can be restored! It would all be so easy... if it wasn’t for that dastardly duck, Calando who attempts to thwart Cockatoo on his mission every step of the way.

“I am delighted to be supporting Hit the Mark’s AnimAlphabet here at South Hill Park Arts Centre. This is a wonderful way of encouraging children to have fun with music, rhythm and harmony. We meet a fantastic series of animal characters, each with their own cleverly crafted song by the writing team, Al and Sam of the Hoosiers. So much love and humour has been put into the writing of this piece which I am certain will be a huge hit.”
