Red Shoes takes inspiration from the Hans Christian Andersen tale turning it into a rich and modern piece ofvisual storytelling blending acrobatics and Chinese pole with dance. Two girls lose themselves in a fantastical forest, falling in love with a mysterious pair of shoes more powerful than the girls could ever have expected! They eventually break the spell with their strength and solidarity. But will this last...? The set is designed tobe viewed on three sides creating an island of colour and magic in the centre of the audience.

Upswing produces high caliber work from indoor and outdoor touring productions to site-specific commissions that surprise and delight a broad spectrum of audiences.

Must be firm, flat and level. The set will have a footprint of 7320mm x 3660mm when erected. height 5750mm

Security is required if the set is left erected overnight.

For 3.5t van for unloading and loading, nearby parking.

The event organisers will need to provide 2 crew persons for 2 hours during erection and for
de-rig to at pre-agreed times.
