Welcome to cinema of the mind! All of us love a good tale, and this is a wonderful one. Expect love, loss, drama, danger, horror, humour, twists and trials. NOTE: This production is dependent on imminent funding bids. Therefore photos, tech spec and film etc are all examples from our current show. Booking will begin properly in Autumn 16 but please get in contact if you're interested in pencilling a booking/expressing an interest.

about the artist

The Devil’s Violin has been breathing new life into the ancient art of storytelling since 2006, and consists of acclaimed storyteller and spoken word performer Daniel Morden and virtuoso musicians Sarah Moody, Oliver-Wilson Dickson and Dylan Fowler. This talented ensemble weaves together a hypnotic, mesmerising, aural tapestry of sound, poetry and folk/roots music that appeals to all ages and cultures.

Our show is extremely versatile. We tour to art centres, festivals and rural venues and the tech requirements ranges from full lighting plan to a small floor area with our portable lights and sound equipment.

We are interested in taking a shorter version of the show to hospitals, hospices and other health organisations. Costs are negotiable and depending on what is involved

£600 minimum (unless rural touring which is more heavily subsidised)
