JACK'S ASHES

by Smokescreen Productions CIC

comedy, theatre

A cricket themed solo show. 163 to win! The chase is on... And so begins possibly the worst team talk you've ever heard.

about the production

Touring Australia '23 & '24 and in the UK summer '24, Jack's Ashes is a mental health in sport themed solo performance by comedy veteran Tim Marriott (BBC's The Brittas Empire). Wrapped in humour and featuring contributions from well known figures in the world of cricket including David 'Bumble' Lloyd, the performance represents a team talk given to the audience by former cricketer Jack 'Mazza' Mason. As Wickets fall like a ticking time bomb, Jack's anecdotes prove less than inspirational until finally he pads up to go out and save the day... Available to UK audiences from April '24.
